The Holloway Family is honored to have been entrusted for nearly 140 years by families on Delmarva. We opened Lower Delmarva's first crematory in 1984 and continue that commitment to care today. We believe in transparency and pledge to provide the highest level of service to each and every family. 

All of our services are itemized and personalized to your individual family's needs.

These prices are effective November 1, 2023 and are subject to change without notice.

Cremation is a respectful process of reducing the deceased to ashes through intense heat. It offers families flexibility in memorialization and is often considered environmentally friendly. The resulting ashes can be placed in an urn and memorialized according to the family's wishes.

 

Direct Cremation Tribute - $1,595

This tribute includes simple and dignified cremation by our fully licensed staff. (Package does not include urn selection or third party cash advance items)

 

This discounted package includes:

  • Basic Services of Funeral Director and Staff
  • Sanitation and refrigeration of unembalmed remains 
  • Transfer from place of death into our care (within 35 mile radius)
  • Transfer to our privately owned and operated crematory
  • Virtual private identification viewing
  • Minimum Cardboard Alternative Cremation Container. Cremation requires the use of this container to enclose the body and place into the crematory in a dignified manner. 
  • Crematory Fee

Memorial Service Tribute--$2,195

A cremation service allowing a time honoring a life lived. (Package does not include urn selection or third party cash advance items)

 

This discounted package includes:

  • Basic Services of Funeral Director and Staff
  • Transfer of Remains to Funeral Home
  • Transfer to our privately owned and operated crematory
  • Sanitation and refrigeration of unembalmed remains
  • Virtual private identification viewing
  • Minimum Cardboard Alternative Cremation Container. Cremation requires the use of this container to enclose the body and place into the crematory in a dignified manner. 
  • Crematory Fee
  • Use of Staff and Facilities for Memorial Ceremony (within 25 mile radius)
  • Use of Staff and Facilities for Public Visitation/Viewing (1 hour prior to ceremony)
  • Use of Flower Vehicle

Traditional Cremation Tribute--$4,295

Our Traditional Cremation Tribute provides a family with a traditional funeral service and a visitation at any location within a 25 miles radius.  Following the visitation and funeral service your loved one would go to our crematory. (Package does not include urn selection or third party cash advance items)

 

This discounted package includes:

  • Basic Service of Funeral Director and Staff
  • Transfer of Remains to Funeral Home
  • Transfer to our privately owned and operated crematory
  • Embalming
  • Dressing, Casketing and Cosmetics
  • Norwood Satin Ceremonial Casket
  • Crematory Fee
  • Use of Hearse
  • Use of Staff and Facilities for Visitation/Viewing (1 hour prior to ceremony)
  • Use of Staff and Facilities for Funeral Ceremony

 

Remembrance Tribute--$2,845 plus cost of facility rental and food

Our remembrance package includes a casual atmosphere at one of our partnered facilities where we can customize the tribute with food and beverage while celebrating the life and memories of your loved one. (Package does not include urn selection or third party cash advance items)

  • Basic Services of Funeral Director and Staff
  • Transfer of Remains to Funeral Home
  • Transfer to our privately owned and operated crematory
  • Sanitation and refrigeration of unembalmed remains
  • Virtual private identification viewing
  • Minimum Cardboard Alternative Cremation Container. Cremation requires the use of this container to enclose the body and place into the crematory in a dignified manner.
